Pharmacy network

Both large chain pharmacies you know and trust and local, independent pharmacies all make up our Medicare Advantage network.

We have more than 1,000 pharmacies available in our service area in addition to more than 60,000 pharmacies nationwide. Our Medicare Advantage has contracts with pharmacies that equal or exceed the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements for pharmacy access in your area.

Participating pharmacies

Search our participating pharmacies using our online pharmacy directory. You can also call our Customer Care Center to have a pharmacy directory list mailed to you.

Preferred network pharmacies are marked with a "P" in the print directory.

You must present your member identification card to the pharmacist at the time of purchase. Members must be currently eligible.

Using out-of-network pharmacies

Our Medicare Advantage has network pharmacies across the country available to you in case you find yourself traveling and in need of prescription medicines. Learn more about how to use pharmacies outside of our broad network.

Mail order

The mail order service offers an easy way for you to get a 90-day supply of your long-term or maintenance medications. Your prescriptions are delivered to your door, saving you a trip to the pharmacy. Our preferred mail-order pharmacy is Costco. You do not need to be a Costco member to use Costco mail order pharmacy services.

There are two ways to place your mail order through Costco:

Traditional mail order: Order all prescriptions by mail or phone. You must include the patient profile form and submit it to the Costco Mail Order Pharmacy. You can pay with personal check or electronic funds transfer.

Online ordering: Order all prescriptions online at pharmacy.costco.com. Create an online account for each person in your household who receives their medication through online ordering.

To avoid any order delay be sure that:

  • You provide Costco a valid shipping address
  • You include valid payment information
  • Your provider sends complete directions for use. Costco can't dispense orders without valid instructions and "use as directed" won't be accepted.
  • Your prescription is written for the maximum days supplied allowed by your plan (usually 90 days) and contains additional refills.

Your order should arrive 14 days after Costco receives it at the processing facility. Allow a few extra days if you're placing your order for the first time. Standard shipping is free; expedited shipping is available for an extra cost.
