Not ready to set a quit date, but want to reduce your nicotine use or practice quitting?
Based on The Bucket Approach, an evidenced-based strategy from the UW Center for Tobacco Research and Intervention, we provide customized support to meet you where you are. Each session offers strategies and support for reducing use, and an opportunity to practice a 24-hour quit. These 60-minute sessions will meet for four weeks, with the option of extending sessions for additional reductions.
